Sales Development Representative (Setter)

Reports to: Head of Sales

OTE: $55-60k Base + Commission

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Making outbound calls to leads who’ve shown interest but haven’t booked a call

- Handling inbound inquiries (DMs, form fills, freebie signups, etc.) and qualifying lead

- Following up with warm leads (from events, funnels, waitlists, opt-ins)

- Starting conversations with potential leads via DM (Instagram, Email)

- Managing and updating lead records in GoHighLevel with clear notes and next steps

- Booking qualified sales calls for the sales team and rescheduling no-shows

- Joining meetings to track performance and improve results

- Collaborating with marketing and sales to give real-time feedback on lead quality
