As our Closer’s Wingman, you’re the first human touchpoint. You're not just here to “book the call” - you’re here to ask bold questions, qualify leads, and open the door to transformation. You warm up leads, build instant rapport, and make sure our closers are only talking to people who are ready to buy.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound inquiries (DMs, form fills, freebie signups, etc.) and qualifying leads

- Making outbound calls to leads who’ve shown interest but haven’t booked a call

- Following up with warm leads (from events, funnels, waitlists, opt-ins)

- Using tools like Kixie and Dialer.io to efficiently reach leads by phone

- Managing and updating lead records in GoHighLevel with clear notes and next steps

- Booking qualified sales calls for the sales team and rescheduling no-shows

- Joining daily huddles and weekly meetings to track performance and improve results

- Collaborating with marketing and sales to give real-time feedback on lead quality
