About The Role

This role is perfect for someone who:

Has strong expertise in business strategy, operations, or marketing

Is known for giving clear, direct, high-integrity coaching (you’re a velvet sledgehammer)

Wants to grow with a values-led company and be part of something long term

Is driven by helping small business owners create real results and reclaim their time

Understands the nuance of holding high standards and deep care for clients

Has experience coaching, mentoring, consulting, or teaching in business or creative industries

Thrives in fast-paced, no-fluff environments where excellence is the norm

What the role involves:

8 hours per week to start (with opportunity to grow)

Running group coaching calls (Tuesdays 9 - 10:30am AEST, Thursdays 9 - 10:00am AEST)

Hosting 1:1 Roadmap Calls with new members (via Zoom)

Supporting clients who are stuck or need extra help via direct 1:1s

Contributing to our private community: answering questions, posting insights, offering feedback

Bringing insight and strategy to the table: helping members simplify, scale, and succeed

Attending virtual team huddles, monthly planning sessions, and contributing to program development

Optional: attending in-person events and workshops in Sydney (travel covered)

What you bring:

Strong business expertise in one or more of the following:
→ Sales strategy
→ Service delivery + systems
→ Team management
→ Marketing + messaging
→ Mindset coaching for entrepreneurs

Professionalism and presence. You know how to show up on Zoom and command attention (without ego)

Comfort challenging clients when they need it, while also creating a safe space for them to grow

A coaching style that is smart, warm, clear, and effective. No fluff

High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to think on your feet

Familiarity with creative business models and the emotional journey of entrepreneurship

Bonus if you’ve worked in or with a service-based business, agency, or creative studio

The details:

Contractor position

Reports to: Head Performance Coach (Darby Days)

- Remote, flexible, with occasional Sydney-based workshops

- Base rate: $85 AUD/hour, paid fortnightly

- Professional development is paid and included

- Access to internal training resources

- Onboarding and support included
